Angrymic2002 Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 I am changing out my PC and will be running Windows 10 in my arcade machine now. I cannot get Hyperspin or HyperHQ to launch. At first glance, it looks like the same issue that everyone was having after updating Windows 10 to version 1803. Clicking on either .exe file just makes it clock for a second and then stop. I made sure that I had the correct version of Hyperspin (1.5.1.0) and I even went ahead and downloaded the upgrade files to be sure. Any idea how I can diagnose this problem? My Windows 10 version is 1903. Thanks
Honosuseri Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 It's an odd problem. I have Windows 10 64bit 1903 (build 18362.388) and Hyperspin works, although others are reporting issues. I can also use Hyper theme, where as others who have Hyperspin working don't. If it universally stopped working for everyone then it would be far easier for the developers to roll out a fix. dark13 Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 1- Check windows defender and your antivirus, add exception for HS and RL 2- Give RL and HS admin privileges. Angrymic2002 Posted October 8, 2019 Author Posted October 8, 2019 It is showing as a process when launched. It also says that Hyperspin is 32 bit? Could this be part of the issue?
