Hyperspin Not launching in Windows 10 version 1903

I am changing out my PC and will be running Windows 10 in my arcade machine now. I cannot get Hyperspin to launch. At first glance, it looks like the same issue that everyone was having after updating Windows 10 to version 1803. Clicking on either .exe file just makes it clock for a second and then stop. I made sure that I had the correct version of Hyperspin (1.5.1.0) and I even went ahead and downloaded the upgrade files to be sure. Any idea how I can diagnose this problem? Thanks

Hyperspin 1.5.1 works fine on update 1903

Try making Hyperspin.exe run ad admin (right click, properties, set as admin) and check it's not being blocked by your anti virus/defender

Hyperspin and rocketlauncher needs admin right on w10. Add also exception for them on your antivirus.
