Jatre Specter cocktail table underlay and instruction card

I recently acquired a Jatre Specter cocktail table game and made some research to find the original table underlay artwork. I want to share this file since, to my knowledge, there are no Mame/Arcade game wheel and theme for this one. If I had more time, I would try and learn how to do this, but for now I will share the file here.
