ZX Spectrum on Hyperspin?

Hi, sorry for the multiple posts today, this is my 3rd as I have 3 issues I was trying to get help with. The weather is miserable so having a play around with Hyperspin etc.

Is there a way to get the ZX Spectrum working from Hyperspin?

I have it all setup but when you select a game from the wheel  it does actually look like it starts the game but the screen is literally almost off the screen and blank so I cannot see any graphics although I do hear the sounds (screen shot attached).

EDIT: If I run EMUZWin manually from the folder then there is a screen I can see and use. When I select VIEW, Display Mode and Full Screen then it goes to this view (where it is off screen) so maybe I can adjust that somehow?

I have also attached a screen shot of the Emulator folder - perhaps I need to be using a different one for it to work in Hyperspin, looks like I must be using EMUZwin (Windows 10).

Unfortunately I am very new to this and purchased it setup/configured so trying to get familiar with it all and grateful for any help as I go through this steep learning curve.

Cheers

Colin

I would use RetroArch as your emulator with the Fuse core if I were you. It works well enough, and RetroArch in general is easier to work with, once you learn how it works, because it can be used for multiple (as in most) of your retro systems.

For 8bit computers RetroArch is a much better choice. You can set up keys on game-basis, use a virtual keyboard and use CRT shaders.

I've only ever used Spectaculator for Speccy which has loads of features like instant load or having it load with all sounds, emulating the joystick adaptors and Currah speach unit.

Personally I'm not a fan of Spectaculator... it's a pay emulator, and I actually paid for a license, but for whatever reason, something went wrong and the license stopped working. I contacted the emulator author and got no response. I can't remember exactly what caused my issue - I think I may have done a system restore from a drive backup or something. But to me, it doesn't seem worth it to pay for an emulator, when the author is unwilling to offer any support.
