Syncovery Error

I am attempting setup or enable syncovery but when I try I get this error stating that the "password is incorrect." Why am I getting this error and how do I fix this?

That is not part of Hyperspin. And we don’t support any bought or downloaded drives here, please consult wherever you got it.

What even is that?  It looks like a synch for HyperSpin?  Whoever is behind that crap...that is actually pretty impressive.

 

And this confirms my thoughts, this is clearly a bought drive and as Spawk said, we do not support third party drives.  Get into touch with whoever sold this thing to you.

The "syncovery" is part of the Hyperspin system drive that I bought through the hyperspin website. So, I'm assuming that's not important then? It's part of the setup. I reached out to the hyperspin system team and they stated to reach out and consult the forum for help.

You bought some third party drive and whomever you are talking to, the "hyperspin system team" aint us.

 

Unfortunately you sound like you are not aware of much of anything in regards to how this works so my suggestion would be to devout yourself to the months of work that is needed to make that thing work.  I am really sorry that we cannot be more help than that.  What you are asking is monumental in the amount of time we would have to devote to trying to get you to a point where you can have that thing running.
