Omrod83 Posted March 19, 2021 Posted March 19, 2021 I am attempting setup or enable syncovery but when I try I get this error stating that the "password is incorrect." Why am I getting this error and how do I fix this?

And this confirms my thoughts, this is clearly a bought drive and as Spawk said, we do not support third party drives. Get into touch with whoever sold this thing to you.

So, I'm assuming that's not important then? It's part of the setup. I reached out to the hyperspin system team and they stated to reach out and consult the forum for help.

You bought some third party drive and whomever you are talking to, the "hyperspin system team" aint us. Unfortunately you sound like you are not aware of much of anything in regards to how this works so my suggestion would be to devout yourself to the months of work that is needed to make that thing work. I am really sorry that we cannot be more help than that. What you are asking is monumental in the amount of time we would have to devote to trying to get you to a point where you can have that thing running.
