well dudes i didnt do it last night either... life got in the way. Ive kinda decided that I should TRY to do it everyday, but i shouldnt beat myself up for not going. I have really exercised since i had a dog back in 06. so getting back into it is kinda hard for me, its been a long time. I also need to get a second job, im gonna try to land something that pays semi decent and something where im getting some sort of movement goin on

Right on brother!! Do what you gotta do! But I will say this, don't give up completely! Maybe just shorten your walks! There are days when I don't run the whole time. I walk because I am simply not feeling it! Nothing clears the head like a good walk!

My friend James introduce me to Metal at age 14 or so. Then my good friend Matt took me further! Exodus, Death...Carcass, Sepultura....Stryper LOL. Then we got into really heavy stuff! I could go on! Goat Whore, Pig Destroyer, Anal Cunt! lol But I love a lot of music man! The classics, everything. I love classic rock, blues, jazz, real hip hop! Thanks for keeping it going bro! My memories of arcades come from the movie theatre! My grandpa would always let me play the arcade games and then he would take me to the Chinese stores to play more games!! Was so awesome!

I've been away for a few days, also been busy and trying to get this new NAS box to download a torrent without screwing up.

In answer to Hazzaeds question.

As I was 10 in 1980, I'm kind of blessed to remember a lot of the early games and why the nostalgia factor is so damn high for me. When you see something like a Battlezone cab with periscope in an arcade, or go to a local pub and watch the attract mode of Mooncresta for ages while begging for another 10pence piece; those things stick.

8 years later when we got cars, we would drive down to the coast (Paignton (Blimey, Leisure 2000 is still there) or Minehead ) and hit the arcades, then sleep in the car at night.

The best bit is now I can share all that with my children and with you awesome people here.

My Son calls Pac Man the "wacker wacker game", and while we were away, we saw a VW Camper with Pac Man and ghosts all over it.

My update. Finished painting the kitchen, fixed and polished the bathroom taps/faucet, had another go at fixing the freezer which keeps icing up and shouldn't as it's frost free.

oh, and finally got this NAS box to download constantly using transmission. Hopefully I never need to look at any Linux code again.
