I'm loving making videos and playing games this summer! But I've noticed some gains in the gut region. I am taking some steps to fix the problem and I thought I would share them as motivation and before/after viewing! New HyperSteve episode is on the way as well. I hope you like it:

From one piggie to another good luck bro, I've been there and now look extremely handsome.

Best thing to do is cut out the sugar and sugar sodas, back off the carbs and watch the six pack reveal itself.

Eat more bacon.

So will there be a weekly weight in? :)

I was a few years ago about 196 pounds, now I'm around 168 pound, but that Wii Fit balance wants to take a few more. I never did much exercise, just normal walking and some weights.

Count your blessings you have not hit 40 yet.....The 6 pack abs quickly turn into a 30 pack....

The six pack is still there bro, it just needs to be revealed. The thing that bugs me, and I don't mind the grey hairs, but those random bastard hairs that start growing from your ears.

I'll look in the mirror one morning and see this ugly long hair growing from my ear lobe, and after screeming in horror, pray no one saw it ;) that shit can only dealt with by being vigilant or lasers.

The things we do for the ladies.

Yeah! I'm planning to report in on each episode. I'm hoping changes will become apparent over time. And if people join in I can add pics/shout outs in the vids if they like.

Oh wait ......it gets better. ..The hair from the nostrils and down the back are even better. I am 43 I didn't have any of this shit in my 30s. Now my grooming regime has me spending more time in the bathroom than the wife. Either that or I start looking like the geico caveman.

I need to step my game up. We just had our 3rd/4th celebration up at work, I was on the grill all day and i got all sunburned as fuck. I wanted to take a walk but all I had energy for was to make it to the bed and go into a coma. So last time I weighed myself I was 348. Im a big dude, hence no running. I dont have a lot of breathing control. I'm 29 i've smoked since I was 15. Ive been thinking about getting http://www.budovideos.com/o2-trainer-by-bas-rutten.html?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Gear+%26+Equipment for breath control training. But only because me walking/running around the neighborhood wearing my gas mask might raise some eyebrows.

Hazzard, I'm concerned, but I don't for one minute want to piss anyone off, I know weight and health issues, people can be very sensitive about.

But being a smoker and at your weight, you should consult a physician before undertaking any exercise.

You need to cut out the sugar and carbs and get your weight down first. It's damn tough I know, and if I've over stepped please tell me know and I'll shout t f u.

Nice slow walks brother! Everyday. Slow but consistent. But maybe see your doc first! Either way you got some support here!

The worst part is I have smoked for 25 years....but for the past 20 I have been a furniture mover so I'm not I'm terrible shape I'm just carrying a bit more around the middle than I used to. I stand 5'7 190lbs. As of tomorrow the wife and I start taking bike rides every evening and it's my first day on the patch ......wish me luck.

Nice dude! Post some pics and some updates here for support! I gained a lot of weight this past year from teaching four different subjects. Lots of sitting and beer and stress eating. Went to the doc for a physical. Doc said the cholesterol was borderline high....said get some exercise. So here I am doggies!! Trying to keep while keeping my hobbies!

Do you guys know what cholesterol is? From what I know it's been in us from or early beginnings and is a quick source of energy in case we need to run away from a Sabre toothed Tiger. It's always in the blood stream waiting to be used up and a good way to burn it off is to run vigorously, on the spot for 30 seconds; which can be done almost anywhere.
