Hello. I purchased a platinum membership almost ten years ago and it’s no longer displaying on my profile. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.

Shows that you are a "Content Creator".  From what I recall... that should be equivalent or higher rank than Platinum. 

Are you not able to access the beta?

Also, if you haven't logged in for a long time... You really need to make sure to reset your password to be able to access.
