windsor Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 Hi there im from the Philippines and I decided to build my Hyperpin cab. I will be having a 2 monitor setup. 30 inch for the backglass and 37 inch for the playfield. I will be using a Dual core Athlon procie, Palit GTX 240 video card and 2 gb ram of memory. Im limited in resources so I have to make the most of what I can get here.
windsor Posted July 31, 2011 Author Posted July 31, 2011 I used 3/4 MDF board and I didn't realize until i made the backbox that this cab will be very heavy.

windsor Posted July 31, 2011 Author Posted July 31, 2011 I decided to put LED lights strip hooked up in a sound controller module in my Hyperpin. The lights will display various patterns according to the sound received, so the lights will dance along with my hyperpin. It also has knob and switches to adjust the sound sensitivity and light patterns.
windsor Posted July 31, 2011 Author Posted July 31, 2011 I still don''t have an idea on what theme and name for the cab thats why theres no bezel yet for the backglass. As for the legs im thinking of a custom stainless one. Give me guys some feedbacks and suggestions. Thanks!

bewrong Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 hi guys, been trying to figure out how to make hyperspin work for years now as I want to make my own cab. Been doing a lot of research and stuff but still can't seem to make any of the emulators to work properly. This has been one of the projects I've been wanting to do (been making sticks for years already). I'm from Pasig and was hoping if anyone here can help me or teach me how to set this up properly thanks.
dfwArcade Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 Awesome build Windsor. I can tell it's has that pro grade quality from your attention to detail. Thanks for all the pictures. The LED setup is terrific! It'd be great if you could add some snazzy graphics to with your project. Lucian045 & I have made a Hyper Pin pinball decal set available for purchase on these forums. We can sell the 5 decal set custom fitted to your cabinet for $299 plus shipping. This is a terrific deal on getting a pro grade decal set with a big discount. We also offer in addition a DMD speaker decal and pair of inner rail decals that match the set. Here's a link to our Hyper Pin decal set post: http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/entry.php?46-Hyper-Pin-Cabinet-Artwork-Brand-new-decal-sets-available-for-members I've also used the above set as a starting point to build a more custom look based on this design: http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/entry.php?108-Hyper-Pin-Custom-Decal-Sets-2-examples-of-modified-sets-for-clients Please check out my gallery for more ideas.
