I tried setting this up this morning but get an error from HL asking for the syscard3.

Anyway, my images are cue and iso and the cue file loads manually in Retroarch. Have you tried running the game in Retroarch? An alternative to downloading them again would be to convert if possible or try another emu, which probably has it's own problems; Magic Engine I'm looking at you :)

Yeah I put that file in the system folder but still no joy. I'll figure it out.

Your quickest course of action would be to get the Hyperspin ready set off of PD @ 38gb.

The PD pack is true rip, so its in ccd, img, sub; doesnt work with retroarch. I got the same problem with the last git version of retroarch... even with de syscard in the correct directory, the module cant find..... changed back to a previous version and worked. I think that the problem is the module.

I also tried to find a way to convert ccd/img to cue/bin but it's a dead end

Tried the same with ultra iso..... the solution for me was to download games iso +cue. Now i have the full set sega cd, pc engine cd and turbogafx cd in iso, cue format.

There was an error waiting for the window "RetroArch ahk_class RetroArch". Please check you have the correct version emulator installed for this module, followed any notes in the module, and have this emulator working outside your Frontend first. Also turn off Fade to see if you are hiding your problem hummmmmmm

If you don't already know, that usually comes up because the emulator hasn't started or your using the wrong emu or version.

I had the same problem so I tried Ootake for the emulator and it works. You just have to make sure you follow the few notes in the AHK file so everything syncs up.

Mednafen added ccd support a little while back, so if you use a new enough test build of RetroArch and the core it should be able to load those. I haven't tested that format with pce_fast myself yet though (I tried one with the PSX core and it worked). My PCE CD rips are in bin/cue or iso/cue and have no problems.

Your correct, I downloaded 1 archive from the set on PD, Bomberman. Retroarch saw the ccd file and loaded it no problem. I use v1.0.0.2.

Tells me that ccd is not supported

True, you'll need to edit the module so it can work with .ccd instead.

Firstly backup the module.

Open the RetroArch.ahk in notepad++

Find line 183, which is (Edit, see following. Should be line 150)

{ If romExtension != .cue

Change it to

{ If romExtension != .ccd

It does work.

Still no look my Module has a ! in hyperlauch hq invalid crc made a copy

If you edit any module you get that, but it doesn't stop you using it. If it bothers you though, you'll have to either wait for an official release or you may have to ask for it to be added.
