Fx.
ahaha omg i actually hadn't considered a pedestal cab for a HS box only real cab i built was halfheight one which had its annoyances and fullsize so huge HMMM
rdhanded2
I like it so much better. I can slide it out of the way when I am not using it, and 2 people can move it up/down stairs with no issues.

Runadumb
Man I love that cab! While I would really like to have my own full cab they are just too big and unwieldy. This is a perfect compromise. I hope I can get something like this one day. Great job.

realavatarstate
Thanks! I am hoping to build another with my buddy soon. He is wanting one and I have the pedestal, just need him to get me some parts. Awesome project Rd. Did you ever get started on your next project ? Im starting from the ground and and wondered if you can provide some insight. Which image from the ftp helped you with your design ? What program did you find was best for tweaking the control panel image to your liking ? Also what would you suggest now for beer holders? I hit the link for ebay and they are gone! Im guessing almost any cup holders that can mount are easy but just wonder what you thought. Thanks in advance!!!
lukensteinz
Looks great! Very clean and well put together. Question I have though, is what do all the extra buttons on the control panel do? I see the mame labels in the center of course, and I think start buttons to the left and right? Maybe I answered my own question... I have a habit of hiding the mame buttons, except for pause. And when I use an ipac I just use the shift button for special functions. Cuts out a hell of a lot of clutter. rdhanded2
I wanted it to be user friendly for anyone who stepped up to it whether I was there, that is why I have several buttons layed out that I could use shift to control. They are ENTER ESC PAUSE TAB GENRE That way pretty much anyone can use it and I don't have to babysit them very much.
rdhanded2
I am getting ready to build another one of these with a friend for his house. Anyone else built a pedestal? What's the one option you added that you can't live without?
