baddeolv
After expressing recent FTP concerns with BBB and Circo, I have been given login credentials to update our gold member FTP. This won't be an instantaneous endeavor but I will work to get it up to date. Please use this thread to submit requests for new additions as well as suggested updates. SIMPLYAUSTIN
Is it also possible to have the XML included for whatever artwork is added, saves confusion later on.
baddeolv
Is it also possible to have the XML included for whatever artwork is added, saves confusion later on. what type of confusion? everything will be named according to hyperlist xml`s, with the exception of "unofficial" systems [example: Taito Type X]. I will add custom xml`s for those
SIMPLYAUSTIN
Maybe... however is Hyperlist even up to date? Sinclair for example has come on way further than whats on offer on that page. Much of the systems are still being worked on so the list is changing. PSP, PS2 are some of those which have yet to be finalized amongst others. Megadrive and many MESS supported systems, CDi, Zinc etc have various naming conventions all with art supported on here. And now many systems also have what seems to be a transition from one naming type to another like the C64. Not expecting daily updates by any means, or even saying any of this is your job. Yet much of the data on here is years old and has come a long way since posted

Well, if anyone is responsible for compiling those databases, and they can post them to me, i will try and name them appropriately, and include the xmls. I dont write xml's though, and i dont want to step on toes. The only thing i can do is add the media as i receive it
SIMPLYAUSTIN
I know this and I completely understand. Im not trying to come over as some trouble making douche bag here. Its just whilst we are having a overhaul at the moment, be nice to get it so its worthwhile... saves more work later down the line and everyone working together. Im more than willing to help with anything I can. I can also give you any art, xmls etc that may help. However due to the problems stated in my last post much of mine is no longer classed as what i think is official as i have had to bastardize to get it all to work. Some of the other issues have come in too with regional artwork and xmls. Much of which aint even posted on the hyperlist. Pal and Jap has been worked on hard for many systems. Be nice to have those added too. Even if its in another cat or patched onto the standard. Again if you need any help just give me a shout or a PM, i will try my best
baddeolv
another thing to note, is i am not a member of "the hyperspin project", so that art is not available to me atm
SIMPLYAUSTIN
I am a member however the only work I can see is that of which I have been working on. Im sure its the same case for many others. Does anyone have access to all the info and art or is that taboo?

My c64 stuff is unofficial so it will never be added as is a member of the project will need to go through it all. This would apply to all unofficial stuff like spectrum.... official systems only have artwork released when 100% complete afaik. hope that helps. Cheers! SIMPLYAUSTIN
Thanks Dougan and very well put. However these systems are covered in the Hyperlist section and covered in Baddies list. I know that even if the non official NoIntro version is used (which may I add is amazing), the old naming convention has still come a long way since 2011

legolas119
thanks, if I became a platinum member (45$) to Hyperspin, I will have available the coupon for 25% off of emumovies, is it correct? So, is it normal that now if I click on the link for coupon code, it appears a page that reports that I have not privileges (I aren't yet platinum member of Hyperspin)? Can you confirm that this offer is still valid? thanks
