Hi eveyone! I’ve been into Hyperspin for a while now and I think it’s time for me to present myself.

 

My name is Danilo and I’m from Chile. I’ve got to say that I play videogames since I got memory (even when  you couldn’t save the game so you had to play it till the end, haha). I saw this project and I’m so grateful I joined, since the community is really nice and I can see the effort  to make something great.

 

I don’t have an arcade machine yet but I’m working on it, so far I only got a 2 player arcade control panel but I have plans on doing a bigger one to add some spinners and light guns (hopefully with your help too )

 

You know, some time ago I was part of a Super Tennis (snes game) community where we used to make tournaments following the ATP schedule, haha. I even hacked the rom and added some new courts (Grand Slams included xd) and characters to the game. It can sound ridiculous but the people I met there are very present in my life now. So, how couldn’t we love videogames when they are part of our inner history?

I keep saying I'm going to build a bartop but for now I only have an X-Arcade, although I've upgraded it with Sanwa joysticks.

Thanks to the help of this incredible nice Hyperspinners- ArcadeLovers Group, i made my first cabinet, well not really made, but rebuild a old one.

 

 

 

Before i also used a X-Arcade tankstick, but there is nothing better than the real thing

Next project is a Cocktail Arcade made in a barrel. Planned for this summer.
