samcraig Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Im trying to figure out how to make a game default theme for psp that will change 1 picture every time the a different title is selected. I have a default theme, I just want to add the 3d cover to it for each game. Thank you
dark13 Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Are you creating a new theme in hypertheme? Select one free artwork layer and, on the left menu, tick "do not include in output". The theme will be created without the artwork but the theme will tell hyperspin to search in artwork folder for images. Drop the boxes in the chosen artowrk layer (media/yoursystem/images/ArtworkN) and you're done. Any way, after I choose do not include in output, how does the theme know which pics to include? Im guessing to have them named the same as the rom but its only a guess. Will the theme know to choose the right artwork?
iNTiGOD Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 When editing the theme in hypertheme all you are doing is directing hypertheme to the correct artwork folders. E.g. artwork3 or artwork4 for the 3D cover. Then hyperspin will use your database xml to select the correct artwork assuming it is named like the game file. MAME High Score Tutorial For HyperSpin
