HyperSpin Default System Intro in MP4 Format (HyperSpin 1.3x)

Hey Everyone,

Since HyperSpin 1.3 released I have been asked a few times if there was a default HyperSpin intro video available in MP4 format. I didn't want to just convert the FLV, but I found the master of the video on my hardrive from back in 2009 and made an MP4 version of it.

EDIT - It seems HS doesn't support this quite yet, I contacted BBB to see if we could get a fix.

EDIT 2 - BBB confirmed this will be fixed in the next HyperSpin update.

I am only treated to a black screen and then can go no further. Looks nice though. So am I missing something? I vaguely recall someone saying the intro would only be flv for the meantime, but maybe I imagined that.

I get the same black screen problem. Video doesn't play, HS doesn't start with this new Intro.mp4.

That was me that said that on the flv. I didnt actually test this, should be an easy fix, I'll hit up BBB.

I have confirmed that you can change the extension to flv and it will still work.

Yeah seems the intro in mp4 doesn't work, like Circo said should be an easy fix, BBB probably forgot about it that's all.

I edited the first post, it will be fixed in the next HS update per BBB

I don't know if this is a dead subject or not, but is this still in the works or has it been abandoned?
