  1. v1.06 doesn't load the hyperspin profile. In fact built in external keymapper support was removed.
  2. This question is not a good fit for this thread. Please create a new thread detailing your issue in the HyperSpin Support subforum.
  3. Ok that clears up my confusion. I thought you were launching hyperspin as a Program_To_Run_Target. All I know is I've tested it with and without the video and I've had no activation issues. It's hard for me to fix this if I can't duplicate it, so um continue using the video since it works for you.
  4. Show me your settings.
  5. So you are using hyperspin to start the script and not the other way around right?
  6. Go as slow as a Giant Galapagos Tortoise on land.
  7. Did you skip over any other parts?
  8. HS should start the startupscript.
  9. the hotkey is the key. In this case it is 2. This 2 is the 2 in the number row and not the numpad 2. If you remove the ~ only the hyperspin startup script can use this key all other programs can not use it. The volume menu only opens if the script is running and hyperspin is the active window.
  10. Check this Link out - Modifier Symbols
  11. What is wuts?
  12. Updated to v1.06 See first post in thread for details
  13. Another update on the progress Finished testing "adding lots of applications to quicklaunch menu" it moves up and down like hyperspin's vertical wheel, except the chosen item is not always in the middle. The chosen item is larger and offset compared to the not chosen items. If the file does not exist it will skip it, Some programs I tried I could not retrieve the icon image from the exe or the size was really small so I added a new tag for a custom logo image. Finally got it to remember the last known chosen position. If the startup script is restarted it will forget what the last known position was. Turning controllers on while hyperspin startup script is running Before the controllers only worked if they were turned on before the startup script started, and if it was turned on while it was running it would work after about 5 to 10 minutes of no activity. I have fixed this and the controller is now recognized after about 1 to 3 seconds of no axis/dpad activity. Launching the same hyperspin exe that is running has come with some unforeseen issues, requiring some major editing of the code that reads the hyperspin and hyperlaunch settings. I've tested opening and closing applications at hyperspin startup, so it works, but further testing is needed opening and closing applications at hyperspin closing. Left to do Adding hyperspin application to quicklaunch menu - ? tests Thoroughly test the opening and closing of programs - 2 tests Barring any outside circumstances, I expect to have this released within 2 weeks, probably sooner.
  14. Just a quick progress update finished testing "Minimizing and restoring windows" Just got done testing the minimize windows thing. Before it would minimize anything and everything which left strange artifacts leftover from the invisible windows it minimized on the desktop. Now fixed it to where it only minimizes windows that report having a minimize box in the title bar, and you now have the option of it automatically restoring your windows on exit (this behavior is enabled by default). finished testing "setting keys for roulette option, volume display, quicklaunch menu" only allows two key combo, uses ahk hotkey symbols finished testing "Adding no applications to quicklaunch menu" does not display menu. finished testing "Adding non-existent applications to quicklaunch menu" does not display icon in menu. If all applications are non-existent, menu is not displayed. finished "removing unused Quicklaunch flags" finished "adding flag ignoreProcessClose" does not reactivate hyperspin when process specified in path is closed Left to do adding lots of applications to quicklaunch menu - 4 tests Turning controllers on while hyperspin startup script is running - 1 test Adding hyperspin application to quicklaunch menu - 2 tests Thoroughly test the opening and closing of programs - 4 tests
  15. Maybe? I can make no guarantees. Since it's using the same closing method as the currently available startup script, try renaming the one currently available to something like hyperspin exit script and put hypersearch in the process to close setting. Just remember to tell hyperspin to use it as your exit program.
  16. Just an update on my progress, I have mostly finished adding the quicklaunch menu feature. Left to do: setting keys for roulette option, volume display, quicklaunch menu - 9 tests Thoroughly test the opening and closing at program start - 4 tests Test Minimizing and restoring windows - 1 test Adding hyperspin application to quicklaunch menu - ? tests Turning controllers on while hyperspin startup script is running - 6 tests Adding lots of applications to quicklaunch menu - 1 test Adding no applications to quicklaunch menu - 1 test Adding non-existent applications to quicklaunch menu - 3 tests Add flag ignoreProcessClose to quicklaunch options for applications that use a launcher. 0% complete Remove unused quicklaunch menu flags, 40% complete After I do the above I'll release it.
  17. I have ended my search for a program icon, thanks austin585. Awkward timing though, I'm in the middle of adding a new feature, the quicklaunch bar. It looks like a taskbar on the left handside in this screenshot. Currently working out any bugs in the new feature. Plus I need to write instructions.
  18. Looks great, can you put it in on a dropbox or image sharing site a 256x256 resolution with a transparent background. Also if you could make another flatter version in the style of windows 8 icons without the shadows and glow affects, just 2 colors green and white. Yes this means I want two icons
  19. Almost there, just needs to be cleaned up. Specifically the small amount of green between the white lettering and the outside of the circle where the 2 and the S has been extended should be replaced by white. Like how this logo extends its letter line outside of the circle.
  20. It could be released right now, just waiting on a program icon.
  21. 2 is too small. I like this one better so far, I also like the small bright glow affect you added to the white. Extend the lines and I'll try and make a mockup of what I'm talking about with the stroke width.
  22. Can you make the S the same stroke width as the 2 but keep the same height? Also extend the white line so that it looks like it starts outside of the circle and ends outside of the circle.
  23. I like the background on numbers 2 and 3. I like the font for 1. Can we use the 2 from the sega font and the S from the font for 1. Then connect them at the bottom like you did on the first samples you made, still keeping the S bigger than the 2?
  24. You're right that is funny looking maybe just dark around the edges? Also is there anyway you can keep the continuous line thing going but make it look less like the Sega letters.
  25. Better... Can you lose the shadows and green gradient and the white outer border? Then make it look like the letters are glowing on a somewhat darker green background. We're making progress
