Hyperspin newest Update - None of the Themes work

Hello everyone! I did a clean install of the new version... I'm also frustrated: themes, box art, cartridges, and logos aren't showing up... I've configured NES and MAME (specifically СPS-1/2/3). Themes in HyperHQ are also displaying strangely. Previously, system themes were displayed separately and you could choose from different versions, but now both game and system themes are all in one place... The new user media folder system is also causing some questions... What are box art textures? What are game media? Where should I put game cartridges so they display? Does this build include horizontal wheel mode? Also, during the initial setup, when it asked which media to download, I disabled everything, leaving only 2D boxing, wheels, game themes, system themes, and videos. But for some reason, manuals, backgrounds, banners, and everything else ended up downloading... In the end, only the standard MAME and NES system themes downloaded. When I open games, the theme is the standard HyperSpin. It shows game videos and that's it. No system theme, no logos, no boxes, nothing. How can I fix this? -

Hello hyperspiners! It would be nice if someone aware of the development progress would at least update us, who are waiting, on what's been done so far. Something like a dev log. If a new build isn't ready, there's nothing to publish, so at least give us some information on what's been done over the past week or month. It's been almost three months without any news—anyone might think the project has simply stalled, but they're still waiting and hoping. Just give us regular updates on what's been done... -

Hello hyperspinners! Yesterday I discovered a ridiculous graphical bug - on the exit screen, I press right - left and a horizontal line with letters is called up (which in the list of games allow you to go to the First letter of the game). I am sure that this should not be on the exit screen. Suggestion: Make the exit screen like in the old version. At the top there should be the inscription "Do you want to exit?" and below two inscriptions "Yes" and "No". I would also like for each console the ability to replace the Letters in the horizontal search bar with graphic files.

Need help! Please tell me how to add such systems as Neo Geo and Capcom Play System to Hyperspin. Previously, I created a XMLs with games from CPS-1/2/3 and NeoGeo, and specified the path to one folder MAME in the ROMs and from the common heap Hyperspin took the games I needed and displayed them in the shell. How to do this correctly now, without XMLs and through HyperHQ? I want all the games to run through RetroARCH, I don't want to install unnecessary emulators!

I want to correct. The Launch button does not work if the emulator is in another folder. If the emulator is moved to the Hyperspin/Emulators folder, the button works.

Hi guys. Remember in Hyperspin 1 there was a problem with some arcade parts and you had to use a script for the controller in which you registered the buttons and joystick, or use third-party programs like xpadder or joy2key. At the moment, HyperHQ detects Xin-Mo controllers, but it works incorrectly. When setting up controllers in HyperHQ, the buttons are detected and binding, and the joystick only understands pressing down and to the right... But after launching Hyperspin, Xin-Mo Joystick work press down and to the right, but the buttons do not work at all... I would really like support for arcade parts like Xin-Mo and the like.

I just read there one user writes that the video is downloaded to disk C, I look - there another one also writes something about video files... That's why I thought that they don't sync for me because I'm just a Basic member on EmuMovies...

Hi guys. I have a question. If I don't have a platinum membership on EmuMovies, do I get no video previews? Even the worst quality ones won't be available? I usually have a basic membership, and you could download some amount of video clips from the site for free in SD quality. If you don't allow regular users to download videos in HyperHQ, then maybe you could at least put screenshots instead? We're back to the problems of membership, synchronization, and the inability to use your media manually..... I have ALL the video prewievs for the systems I need, some downloaded from EmuMovies, many other videos, for Japanese ROMs I made myself or found on other sites. and now I can't use any of it. HyperHQ with my basic membership doesn't synchronize video previews for games. Maybe its bug? At all.

At the moment when we launch Hyperspin, a logo appears on the screen and a scale fills up under it. This logo can be grabbed with the mouse and the logo image can be copied to the desktop)))))) And I also managed to change the size of the logo))) As before, if on the exit screen of their hyperspin, where it says "do you want to exit? - yes - no" if you press Escape on the keyboard and return to hyperspin - then the controls will no longer work.

Hi. The indignation is not because the new version removed flash. Well, if it comes down to it, then everything worked fine and beautifully in HyperSpin 1. There were problems, but certainly not in the fact that something was displayed incorrectly or the animations were somehow wrong. Content makers are upset that now there is no control over many things. We cannot make and add missing media, we cannot choose what we want, and not what they give us. Previously, there were many different themes for each console, some themes changed HyperSpin so much that it was difficult to understand that it was him. Linking everything to online... Yesterday I spent an hour making a theme, and when I saved it, a login screen appeared and all my efforts were wasted.. People asked for HyperSpin 2, but not in the form that they are given now - that is the main reason for dissatisfaction. I'm sure that if everything that was in Hyperspin 1 was done in Hyperspin 2, simply switching from flash to a modern engine, most people would be happy....
