Can't launch a game from Hypersearch

Hyperspin 1.4 beta 015

Windows 8.1 (hypersearch, rlauncher, hyperspin all set to run in admin mode)

 

I'm using basically all the default settings.

 

My hyperspin is set to <ENTER> to select items and launch games.  However, once I perform a search in Hypersearch and select the game I want to run, ENTER doesn't launch the game.  Enter works for everything else though.

I have the same problem.

 

If you look at the hypersearch debug you will see " Launching: E:\HYPERSPIN PROJECT\RocketLauncher\RocketLauncher.exe\Hyperlaunch.exe "Super Nintendo Entertainment System" "Street Fighter II Turbo (USA)"

 

That's the problem hypersearch wants to use hyperlaunch even if you specify the RocketLauncher as a launcher in the hyperspin config.

 

Does somebody has found a solution?

just go to the third party apps and get it yesterday. It should be baked in someday

Did you set your path in the hypersearch configuration and also make sure you had one of the newer versions maker to work with rl. 

 

Yes i have set the path in hypersearch  <add key="HyperspinPath" value="E:\HYPERSPIN PROJECT\HYPERSPIN"/> and i use the 1.4 beta version of hyperspin.

 

I have investigate a little bit and it seems that hypersearch has the path to the launcher hardcoded it automaticaly search for hyperlaunch. (it is written in this topic http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/topic/8816-rocketlauncher-10-release/?hl=hypersearch#entry147958)

 

Do you have hypersearch working with rocketlauncher?

I guess that is the problem.... i'm using the version from hyperspin website -> Thir party plugins -> publish on may 2015. http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/files/file/7395-hypersearch/

Ok i get it.... the name has changed. You have to use HyperXMLspin with rocketlauncher

i don't have this line in my config file so i add it.

 

Now i have in my log at the startup of hypersearch "02:23:39  HL path: E:\HYPERSPIN PROJECT\RocketLauncher\RocketLauncher.exe"

 

But the game are still not working, i still have "02:24:30  Launching: E:\HYPERSPIN PROJECT\RocketLauncher\RocketLauncher.exe\Hyperlaunch.exe "Super Nintendo Entertainment System" "Street Fighter II (USA)""

02:24:30  System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): Le fichier spécifié est introuvable (file not found)

 

Could you tell me where you download your version?

OK it is working now.

 

If you use rocketlauncher do not use the version on the web site but the version from the forum thread from may 2015.

how do i set up hypersearch? 

do i just put it in the utilities folder?

needs some instructions cus ima scrub

and when i go in the folder and launch it i get a hypersearch has stopped working pop up from windows

Hypersearch keeps crashing with Windows 10.

 

I'll do a search, it will show the results of the search and immediately after an error windows pops up saying hypersearch has stopped working.

Compatibility mode? Sounds like windows10 isn't worth it if u have a dedicated cab

I found the problem. I was using LEDblinky for HyperSpeech. Once I disabled it in Hyper HQ, HyperSearch started working again.
