Can't get intro vid to play in Sony PSP Main theme

Not sure what's happening.  All of my other systems work great.

The (main) intro vid is MP4 instead of FLV....could this be why?  Other systems use mp4 with no problems.

Try a different theme. And make sure the vid is named the same.

Checked the names and all match.

Tried different theme and screen was white, but you can hear the intro vids music/sounds playing...just no picture.

I would sugguest pulling the theme back up in hypertheme, making sure every entry is in place (Obviously the video in particular) and try re-saving the theme.

I have noticed that sometimes if I don't have all the elements placed on a theme I'm updating (even if that element was previously saved) it doesn't always re-save when I do the update of that theme.

This happens to me frequently with the videos. Also, the fact it's an .mp4 and not a .flv shouldn't make any difference. I use both in my setup.
