Video Snaps - Visual Pinball and others

Hi all

 

Anywhere other than VPForums and EMumovies and VPUniverse to grab some video 'snaps'/ movies to use in HS for each game?

I have searched and cant find some vids for what I thought would be easily available - like ACDC - XMEN etc 

Anywhere else that anyone is aware of ??

you are not going to find many videos for Visual Pinball.

mainly due to the fact that not many people have this in their set up.

secondly the videos you do find are going to look like crap.  

You many be aware of this but just in case

Visual Pinball tables are always being updated.,  2-3 years ago I made over 400 videos for the tables i had at the time  Version 9.2.1,   most of those tables are now available as VPX versions.

so I deleted most of my videos and need to capture new ones to match the current table version.

I don't remember the name but someone has updated allot of videos to the emumovies FPT;  and like my videos you are only going to find out dated videos in the FTP.

I am happy to have some form of video running in the theme 

I will have to work out how to record my own ?

its up to  you

if you don't mind having VP9 videos when you are running VPX tables download what is available 

if not make the videos for the tables you have

and I think this is the guy that uploaded videos to emumovies

I am happy with all the vids I have so far from Emu and other sites whether they be VP9 , VPX or even FP vids - I just have around 20 tables missing vids in the theme thats all - so would like to tidy that up . Will work out how to record them and finish em off

If they work out nicely Wotto be sure to drop Circo a buzz and see if they want to add them to the collection as I am sure others will be interested.

Hey all

So I created a Directory on EMuMovies FTP named Wotto and shoved a few VP Video Snaps in there - I am assuming their admin now checks the files before making them available on their server? These files will then just be in the VP Video Snap directroy after approval ??

- That how it works??

You should start a thread on the EM forums or make someone aware over there otherwise they wont get looked at to be fair.
