shaybe
When ever I try to load a rom the program crashes and says "emulator.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" When I ran this program on my laptop it worked fine. Does anyone else have this issue or know of how to fix it?
djvj
have you tried changing the graphics and sound card settings? Sounds like you are trying to do something your hardware doesn't like.
Lewis
Hey guys, I have the v0.9 of this emulator with a complete set of roms. It all works fine but none of my roms work with the new emulator (v1.0) Do I need to get new roms or am I missing something?
B2K24
this dat is for 1.0 that you can run though clrmamepro. First do a scan and fix to your set then if some misses rebuild using other sources such as MAME ROMs or NonMAME ROMs etc. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/10573028/SEGA_Model_2_Emulator_v1.0.zip

If your talking about the crash problem of the model 2 emu and specifically in windows 7 as mentioned in a previous post, it has 2 do with missing files from directx 9c. I just built a pc with windows 7 and the emu was crashing. After the update it was fine. I will search for the link and post when I get a chance. Aceisback
Any luck with the Windows 7 crash problem? I have the same issue, but updating directx and C++ redist did nothing for me. Have not found a working solution online anywhere, so I just keep running 0.9 for now.

Even if you are up to date with Directx in windows 7, it seems model 2 is looking for files from Directx version 9c that are not part of Directx 11. Below is the link which I have used to fix the crash problem on several Windows 7 machines. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=
