Hahaha, I run around noonish everyday. Not a set time but around then. I'm in the pacific timezone it is currently 2:10pm right now! That would be awesome to organize!

2:10 and 87 degrees. So your 8 hours behind and I'm currently in the future. So I could run at 8pm when the children are in bed, that works for me.

Just watched the Fat vs Sugar documentary, well worth a look, I now regret doing that Atkins diet 10 years ago.

It's quite amazing how we can send stuff to Mars, but we are still learning about food and excerise.

HyperFit - Episode #7 - Raiders of the Lost Fridge

CELEBRATING ONE WEEK OF RUNNING ON THE DAILY! Well guys, I've been running for a whole week now! I feel better, it is still hard though. My girl has complimented my skin clearing up a bit and the fact that I look a bit more toned. Obviously no dramatic changes but I feel less like a sack of crap...and look a little less like one. Hope you like it! Shout outs in the video! Feel free to join in!

Thanks for the support homies,

Steve

Called out by Hazzard, ouch! :)

OK, so here's my routine and I have my 2 year old boy all day.

We walk his sister to and from school, total of a 30 minute walk. Plus we walk to different stores for groceries, which can be an extra 3 to 4 miles (because the weather is good atm, I like to use the car as little as possible.)

Plus when he's napping I try and do so free weights with the 2 megre dumbbells I have.

The next faze will be going out and running, that will have to be done either early morning (I hate getting out of bed) or around 8pm. I could run pushing the stroller, I may try it. So the next faze takes even more will power as I either need to get up early or it's gonna eat up my very valuable free time for gaming etc.

Hazzard, your awesome, keep it up.

It's handy that frozen yoghurt joint has a portal.

So you've been running for 8 days straight without a break. So should you have a days break to allow your muscles to recover? I can guarantee my legs would ache on the first day.

There is a lot of truth to that.....overworked muscles with no time to rest will do more damage than good....

Have an oreo and a glass of milk. You have earned it.

Moved outside the HS main forum as this has nothing to do with HS...

"Computer games don't affect kids; I mean if Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music."
