You have to remove the game entry from your, for example, Nintendo 64.xml

Located in your DATABASE folder.

I suggest just using HyperList to create a new XML file for you based on your list of roms, that way you will have only working games in HyperSpin.

My HS Progress:

MAME: 100% Daphne:100% Turbo Grafx16: 100% Neo Geo: 100% Atari2600: 100% Atari5200:100% Atari7800: 100% Atari Lynx: 100% NES: 100% SNES:

100% GameBoy: 100% N64: 100% SMS: 100% Genesis: 100% Sega CD: 100% Dreamcast: 100% Sega 32X: 100%

do dir /b in your roms directory and you will get a list of roms you have

put this list n favorites.txt for your wheel

choose option start on favorites for this wheel

then you'l have only games you have

Okay I got it. Thanks guys. I used the post on the main page about creating a rom list and updating the xml.

Thanks for the feedback! :)

I don;t know what the deal is. I can never get anything to work the way it should. I also want to make my wheel just have the games I have (something you think EVERYBODY would want) but when I try to make a custom .xml list, the only way I can think of was to export a list of the games I have with using Don's hyperlist generator into a text file. I then copied that list and pasted it into the "create list generator" and it generates me a list with ZERO roms. But if I type them in one at a time EXACTLY as they look when pasted in, it works. Trouble is that I don;t want to type in 200 games! The MUST be an easier way here. There should just be something that you can point to your ROM directory and it only adds THOSE roms to the wheel. Am i wrong?

In the XML generator, I Think you have to go to the bottom of the list and and press backspace until the cursor is behind the last rom in the list. If there is a blank line below the last romname, you will end up with 0 roms in the list. That almost drove me crazy. However, you can run HyperHQ (not hyperlaunchHQ) and set your rompath and extension. This way you will be able to check the "roms only" checkbox and that will make HS show only the roms you have.
