fudgeyall Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 Can these be used with RocketLauncher? I'm having an issue with the built in fade option where the emulator doesn't load until the image has faded out. There's an option for an "exit delay" that says: "this is helpful if you want to wait a certain amount of time after the emulator has loaded before fading out. True fullscreen applications will always interrupt and overtake fade, and this delay will do nothing if this happens." The emulator does launch fullscreen, so i guess that may be the issue. I'm using FCEUX EDIT: Here's two videos of two different systems. One with Hyperlaunch 2 loads screens (ones from this thread) and one with RocketLauncher load screens. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UzkC6TtIRUY (HL2) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GZAAlnn1O6s (RL) As you can see the Hyperlaunch 2 load screen is smooth within interuption and goes right to the game, but the third one doesn't seem to load the emulator until the load screen has faded out.
newer Posted May 13, 2014 Posted May 13, 2014 Is a Loading screen also possible with the Old hyperspin with Hyperspin 1.2 without Moduls.. Is there also a Solution to setup a Loading Screen for each System????? Here's some loading screens I've made for a few systems on the FTP. The backgrounds are transparent to match your fade in color so the 3DO one is pretty much invisible with the white on here. Feel free to add more! Here's a short guide on how to get these running: 1. Make sure you've got the current modules with fade support. 2. So say you want the SNES loading screen; just drag my folder "/Upload Here/Dr Money/Loading Screens/Super Nintendo Entertainment System" over your local "*:\HyperSpin\Media\Super Nintendo Entertainment System". 3. You may get a prompt asking if you want to overwrite "Middle.png". say yes and it'll replace your old one with the new ones from the FTP and then you're done! If you're trying to use the PC Game loading screens, just take whichever one you want (Sonic Generations.png) and put it into your local "*:\HyperSpin\Media\PC Games\Images\GameStart\" folder and make sure it is named exactly the same as the respective wheel art. Be sure you're using the current fade supporting Pc Launcher Module as well.
brolly Posted May 13, 2014 Posted May 13, 2014 Possible? Sure, you need to code everything yourself in HyperLaunch.ahk. Can't understand why anyone would still be running such an old version of HL.
Guest Posted July 2, 2014 Posted July 2, 2014 Hmmm... looking on the FTP I only see the xcf gimp files... do I need to convert these, or are the pngs stored elsewhere? Thanks!
akko Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 You can open XCF files with this free utility http://www.openwith.org/programs/xnview , the files you need are inside his xcf files
