DR9 Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 http://www.emulationstation.org/ Anyone seen this before, looks like Hyperspin 2.0 if it was around sorta
Awakened Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 I played around with this and thought it was pretty nice for a minimalist frontend. I would miss wheel art and video previews from HyperSpin if I switched to it though. Maybe those can be supported if you know how to edit the themes, but I remember looking at the theme files and it looked like you needed to know some programming to change them significantly.
damageinc86 Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 One thing I saw that I liked is that it shows number of players in the info box. Would be nice if we could get a program to work with hyperspin to scrape and download all that same info they have, and display it in a little box like that.
Hyperion Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 Looks nice. I just tried it but couldn't set it up correctly. Games won't launch. I get a "...is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file" error. Hyperspin could really, REALLY do with a scraper.
