KlopjerO Posted May 11, 2015 Posted May 11, 2015 Good job! I wonder though, if this opens a way to compile to Linux. | My themes / downloads | Get the MS-DOS Wheel sound pack | Get your MS-DOS game themes here | Get the MS-DOS wheel set here | My YouTube channel | WarcrafT - Lord of the clans |ZeroJay's Ultimate DooM archive
Tribe Fan Posted May 11, 2015 Posted May 11, 2015 This is beyond awesome... Monumental day for hyperspin!
lindx158 Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 I actually had to check my drawers after seeing this. No question in getting the shield X1
paulmichel21 Posted May 16, 2015 Posted May 16, 2015 Guauuù its amazing.... i waiting suport samsung s4 lolipop 5.0.1....
ActualStarbuck Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Will this work on KitKat 4.4.2? Thinking of building a tabletop using an HP 17" Slate tablet.
reznnate Posted July 19, 2015 Author Posted July 19, 2015 It might if it has the Tegra K1 inside but I haven't seen anyone test that Slate tablet yet.
ActualStarbuck Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 The one I was looking at has the Intel HD graphics (which suck, I know from former experience). I guess I'll keep looking for a good candidate. Any thoughts on something that would fit in a 17-19" bartop case and run Android? I suppose it doesn't have to be Android OS, but since I'm on this thread.
ActualStarbuck Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 Probably cheaper to get a smaller Android tablet with an HDMI out and hook it up to a 17" LCD.
reznnate Posted July 19, 2015 Author Posted July 19, 2015 Probably cheaper to get a smaller Android tablet with an HDMI out and hook it up to a 17" LCD. This is what I suggest. Android devices and hardware are doubling in performance and capability every year. If a few years, you might be able to upgrade your cabinet for new Playstation2, xbox or 3ds emulators.
Psychosis Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 Wow, and I just got my Android tablet working again. What awesome timing!
