FTP issue

[Roadrunner]

I'm getting the following error when trying to log into the ftp server. Is the FTP currently down?

 

Status:    Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS.
Command:    USER [email protected]
Response:    331 Password required
Command:    PASS ********
Response:    530 User cannot log in.
Error:    Critical error: Could not connect to server

I was on it 30 minutes ago.

Is it case sensitive?  You've tried logging in as roadrunner instead of Roadrunner. Have you used it since the new site went up?

I'm getting the same. Login details are saved and haven't changed.

Did you set up a new account here when the site started or did you change your password for the new site?

I'm having the same issue.  I assumed it was because I recently changed my password, but maybe not.  Hypersync won't let me log in either, it seems.

If you've not changed your password then nothing, I did change mine and forget to change it in filezilla, but that was some time ago now.

 

At the moment the HS ftp seems to be down, Emumovies is OK.

This is a "pinned" thread in the FTP section, but we also say "sticky" (as in it sticks to the top of the screen, I guess!)

Is the Server still down?

I can log onto it ok, but it will not let me download anything.

When i right click onto the files, it just stays greyed out.
