DR9 Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Is there a simple way (Batch file, Program) to remove all clones from a XML file? Example I'm looking at the Irem Classics and I want to remove all clones of games, only parnet nodes remaining. Thanks!
Metalzoic Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 In HyperHQ you can set it to only show parent roms in the wheel, no deleting or editing the database. Not sure exactly how good it works though since I still seem to have quite a few clones pop up anyway.

Styphelus Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Yeah, use Don's hypertools to filter out the clones and create a new XML with parents only. The only clone you need to add back is Pac-man which is a clone of Puck-man.
