@ghutch92 it prob can but I aint touching the website side of the code as not my domain and not sure who is looking after the site now Rain has gone. bb_neo yours needs a database clense as the code for the login doesnt like special characters. No idea why this implamented as its a beta mod and I cant read the forum fixes etc as I dont habe the vb board access and aint paying for a licence just to look at the updates/fixes

With the wiki i think teh basic machines should be done since there the most simple to setup and we can get those out of the way with out hassle also i think the site should be linked here for easier access.

Nogarth got me all fixed up. And even after logging out and back in it is still working. Poor guy is dealing with a lot of users and odd issues.

I think resetting that resets hyperspin forum password as well. This mod for VB is the worst plugin ive seen for anything. Why you would want to share the same user login info I do not know. It should have had 2 tables and synchronised through a cronjob if u wanted single sign on not look at the same table for a forum then log people in.

Oh dear. There is a word I'd use to describe that but it can't be used in polite company.

Even if they got kept as two separate tables that never shared anything it would work much better. I'm sure people wouldn't mind registering their details again to have access to the wiki. Anyway hope you get it sorted without causing any grey hairs. Can't have a wild boy looking like Santa.

Just a heads up everyone.....as im starting to go knee deep in the HS wiki revamping and try to come up with a good solution for everyone to contribute with minimal knowledge of mediawiki syntax, you will notice some changes to the overall interface. The changes are still in the works as I detail how everything links together, etc. More updates to come

On a side note: Have a mediawiki textbook coming my way in the mail so we can further take advantage of all the options available to use

That's all great, as long as you can login to the wiki that is. Without that I'm afraid the wiki is pretty much useless.

Yup I would like to look into that also....I got a general idea how the user accounts are set....maybe someone who has "bureaucrat" permissions wherever the wiki is set up on server would want to grant me "sysop" permissions and to the wiki server files.
