nicke36 Posted October 17, 2013 Author Posted October 17, 2013 I assume you will be removing all dust with a tack cloth between every coat? Offcourse i will
nicke36 Posted October 17, 2013 Author Posted October 17, 2013 Damn those cabs are just sexy. I currently use a Williams Defender cab with a quad panel on it and it looks like Fred Flintstone built/owned it compared to these. Nice job guys!Curious as to how the control panel will look though? Is that flat piece simply a support/brace? Thx flat pièce is Standard on a vewlix cab
Deadly Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 Ah I see now - it's simply not done - it's the bottom of the CP. I thought that the controls would be installed into that piece which would not be cool at all

DonCorleon Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Nice work so far dude. High quality. I like it a lot. Reminds me that i should get back to finish mine
nicke36 Posted October 21, 2013 Author Posted October 21, 2013 thx guys, i am busy with the 1 layer of primer and still sand and tiny spots to fill and sand again to get it perfect perfect
nicke36 Posted November 9, 2013 Author Posted November 9, 2013 update the cab is in the primer now Made the control panel a bit shorter than the one of the Double Helix cab. because it has to stand in the living room and i dont want it too big
nicke36 Posted January 23, 2014 Author Posted January 23, 2014 hello folks did some work on my cab the only thing i need to do are the killer instinct fightsticks and the grey (primer) need to be painted in the exact color cabinet has the xboxone inside i may say he results are awesome

nicke36 Posted January 23, 2014 Author Posted January 23, 2014 Thx You can ask what you want, But no money ;-)
THK Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Looks epic indeed! ..........................back with a vengeance........................
SORHP Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Nice work, just out of curiosity? What are you going to do about controls? My Arcade Machines...
nicke36 Posted February 12, 2014 Author Posted February 12, 2014 I was planning to get the killer instinct fight sticks but that would be too expensive so i will make a whole new control panel like the original vewlix got. I also think that would look smoother overall.
SORHP Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 This looks Great, you're off to a very good start, I build one 2 years ago, they have so much potential for a good time! My Arcade Machines...
