Product refund? Return address?

Hello, 

to anyone who gives a sh*t. I have been in contact with hyperspin while I was trying to "buy" their product. GREAT customer service, UNTIL, they take your money. Well, I didn't like the product, and I want to return it, and they are IGNORING me. I spent over $200 on this ancient hardrive, (That has 2010 programs on it) and I want to simply return the item. 

 

Does anyone have a return address to ship this back to them? I would like to get my 200 dollars back. Instead of being ripped off, and robbed.

uh, did you buy a drive or hardware with HyperSpin on it? If so, sorry, you got scammed/ripped off. We don't participate or condone any redistribution of this form.

The only money you'll spend on HS are a Platinum membership on the forum here and a membership on Emumovies.com to get the preview vids. Both should be able to be had for free as well over here and EM respectively. Roms and emulators are never allowed to be sold. These you should get a hold of and setup yourself.

...Oh and sorry you got ripped off ivanroberts. I went through the same thing, the good news is if you follow the tutorials here you can have the core stuff like MAME etc... setup and running better than it is on that drive in just a couple days.

Thanks guys. Yup, looks like I got hustled..... well, I guess I now have a $200 piece of crap, because I don't know how to run any of the newest Hyperspin software, or any of that crap. 

Well, if anyone here is willing to install those programs on my hardrive, and make the unit run awesome for me, then I'll gladly throw in some money, mail it to your house, install the programs that I need, and then mail it back to me, then I would DEFINITELY appreciate it! I mean, I can't possibly get scammed twice, can I?

I am also sorry to hear about this once again and as Agent47 suggested I would also urge anyone who buys these drives to dispute it with Paypal or their credit card provider.  I doing so you give the seller a ton of hassle which they rightly deserve.

Setting up emulators is always a bit of a hassle and you're best to spend some time learning how to do it yourself. This way you can customize it however you want, but most importantly: you'll be able to fix problems yourself or with just a little help & info over here and be able to update your setup and add new systems to your liking. If you ever decide to go for another FE, your knowledge and setup won't be wasted either as you can carry over the most important stuff.

Delete everything and just keep the roms, start from zero and build it up, you will learn a lot of things along the path. If you need help you can post in the forum , members will help you.
