Windows 10 and PS3 controller

What are your experiences using a PS3 controller with Windows 10? Which software/drivers are you using to make it work for you?

I have the same problem.
I made two ways to install but it still not working control.

Bluetooth fails for sure... windows 10 does t actually continue to recognize the driver until you rediscover it each time. Having it plugged in via usb should work though

In my case it did not work via usb, it must have done some wrong installation.
Could you let me know how you did it?

I only use DS4 windows along with usb and it works like a charm for me.

I use SCP Toolkit on Windows 7 for my PS3 controller.
Perhaps that is a solution for Windows 10 as well.

Direct Input (standard HID protocol) supports 4 controllers at the same time.

I use SCP Toolkit on my Win10 laptop and all my PS3 controllers work great via USB.

You could show the installation step by step, because I must have done something that did not work the PS3 Controller, is it working via bluetooth?

Windows 10 hates blue tooth in general right now which is sad, it won’t recognize blue tooth drivers well in general but ps3 should work in general with usb but it was a pain to set up. Scp toolkit,there is a video tutorial that explained it all
