The HyperSpin 2 early access beta is here!

We’re starting the first public testing phase with Platinum Members to keep the scope manageable while we test the current feature set and begin to add more. In the future, we’ll provide a version for basic members as well.  On behalf of the entire HyperSpin team, we look forward to another exciting adventure with our community.

I know it's somewhat controversial here, but after wasting hours of my life trying to build my own drive I decided to buy one and have done with it... Needless to say, the warnings I've read on here turned out to be correct.

Getting missing.ini errors, bad modules etc.... The seller won't respond.

Is there anyone on here willing to help? **deleted request**

I don't need a load of posts telling me what I already know.... I f***Ed up....

Thanks

Oh my God. Hope you paid not too much! Did you search the YT channel? There are a lot of Videos how to setup Hyperspin,... Perhaps you can find there a few answers of your questions. I also bought an 4tb drive, but i have "only" Problems with Hyperspin. All the games are running under Rocketlauncher. I wish you the Best and hope that someone can answer your questions.

At first explain what are your problems..

Perhaps this works: First install rocketlauncher en hyperspin clean over the rocketlauncher/hyperspin you have, so then you should have the right modules(error problem solved), and further what helped me in the beginning stages was Simply Austins(or someone else) youtube channel for the system/console tutorials.

Its a lot off work, but hey i think you've got the roms and media already on the 8tb drive, again good luck.

I don't think anyone here won't point you in the right direction if you have specific questions provided it appears you have made some effort to get things working.

There is no single magical fix for a perfect HyperSpin setup out of thin air though.

At least you (hopefully) have some of the media etc that you will need so that will take some pain I guess.

Just start simple, pick one system and work through the basics alongside a tutorial and slowly you will piece things together.

I've been at this for a year and I still haven't really got to the point I can kick back and enjoy. That said, if your not fussy and you want a simple practical setup you can get somewhere in just a few weekends.
