There is.  Gigapig supports it and it works fairly decently.  It does not have roms or media (not 100% on the media) so you will need to fill everything out but the emulators and setup are pretty much done.

It’s 63 systems from memory with rocket launcher configured. Default controls are set but will need adjusting to your controls. iirc the main menu has media but not all the system games. And of course no Roms/bios

You'll have to jump through some hoops to get it. As it's hosted on a French forum and you'll need to change the Hyperspin special artwork files so they're English. 

However it's very arcadecentric. With Capcom, Cave, mame, schmups, even polygame masters. The artwork is very good and much of it is not available here to my knowledge. 

I used it as a base pack for my Hyperspin Shield TV setup and added more systems over time from my PC configuration. 

All the best with it.
