zerojay Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 I used the Main Menu editor to rearrange my main menu wheels. I had two items which did not have subwheels, but now after rearranging them, Hyperwheel now asks for a database .xml file, which it never needed before, so I can no longer launch these apps from my main menu wheel anymore. Any ideas?
xagesz Posted January 28, 2012 Author Posted January 28, 2012 Thanks Zerojay Completely forgot that HS could do that. Just go into HyperHQ and you should be able to set the wheel back to normal. I will address this tonight. Should be an easy fix. "Pinball Unknown" - 46/30/DMD - A work in Progress Kick it Harder

xagesz Posted January 28, 2012 Author Posted January 28, 2012 Try removing the system from HyperHQ but make sure you do the method that saves your files. THen Readd the wheel. "Pinball Unknown" - 46/30/DMD - A work in Progress Kick it Harder
BiZzAr721 Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 This program is perfect for keeping my arcade systems that use mame roms up to date (Nintendo Arcade System, Capcom, neo geo). I just updated to mame .144, but my neogeo xml is using .141 database games. I went down the list checking if the mame .144 rom matches the neogeo database. (Latest Neogeo database on HL matches mame .144 naming) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
ken_cinder Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 This looks great, it's too bad I just can't get it to work for me. It won't even read it's own XML files it generates, throwing an error about something on Line 1, Position 164 (Which doesn't even exist). Edit: I must be that & issue...
8BitMonk Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 I like the concept as well, just can't get it to run reliably.

horseyhorsey Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 I've used this alot today. I'm not sure if anyones requested it becuase I havn't read the whole thread. Is it possible to add in an <exe> tag for multi system xmls? I think it would make a nice addition. Weed Me! I won't be free to even touch it for a couple months. Its all done in C# 2011. If you are interested let me know. "Pinball Unknown" - 46/30/DMD - A work in Progress Kick it Harder

Nevon Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 This seems like the best of the utitilies that are out there, but I can't get it to read any of my databases (generated by rom2XML).
