Just finished watching it. Really good documentary. It's really sad that it ruined How-Weird's career. Yars is easily my favorite Atari 2600 game. He deserves accolades for all the great things he brought to video game history. ET is not the worst game of all time, its just the myth around it.

I'm sure that was all made up to add a bit of drama to the film. Most of us know it was over saturation, to many similar consoles, to many terrible games much worse than ET. I showed the wife Custer's Revenge after the film, she wasn't best pleased.

Didn't ex Atari coders start up Activision? In that case, fire up some Sea Quest and Enduro as well. :)

"ET is not the worst game of all time" Nope, not by a long shot. My wife actually loved it when she was a kid.

I got it for Xmas as a kid, I thought it was a good game. Hard but to me it was more about exploring, which not a lot of games offered at the time.

et good movie don't get me wrong. but as a game?

i did laugh when the man who created et atari game said all his stuff he created was ground braking!
