sf vs tekken HELP

i have tekken vs street fighter for pc and want to set it up for hyperspin, main issue im having is this windows live BS. is there a patch to get around it ? ill be putting it on a pc without internet

I am wondering the same thing. I hate having that pop up each time, and I am running without internet also.

just put it on my arcades pc. i already have sf4 on the arcade also and there was some way i made a fake windows profile and now it automatically signs me in to fake profile without internet and i pres escape when that pop up comes up and it skips the sign in process. dunno how to give step by step process though sorry

i think u need to create a windows live profile, i'm running window's 7 so it was ok, i wouldnt know how this would work on xp, if that's ur setup u'll need to patch it to work probably....

u'll have to wait for a patch.... not sure where to find it though its brand new....

There is a gfwl workaround, its a dll file that seems to work on any gfwl game. It skips the entire gfwl logon, and makes games operate in a far more aesthetically pleasing fashion. Im not sure of the legality of such a file, or whether or not discussing it would be breaking a forum rule. Mods, feel free to delete this post if necessary.

I had the same problems and there is indeed an dll patch to skip the Live login.

Also there is an Xbox controller emulator plugin which you can put in the SXT install folder for 4 player setup.

I had everything up and running after these patches for 4 players

First off welcome to the forum

Secondly this thread is 2 years old so you might not get much response.

If the game isn't running through Steam have you been on their forum to see if it's a known issue?

What is the actual problem other than "it dont work" any other info.

GFWL has recently been killed off, has that anything to do with it?

Is that just for ssf x tekken or does it work with SSFIVAE as well?

Is this the patch needed to play with more than 1 player. I just bought the game and noticed I could only map player 1 to my keyboard. I want to be able to map players 1 AND 2 to the keyboard so I can use the arcade controls to play. If this is what the patch does can you send me a copy as well.
