Hyperspin Cinematic (***UPDATED Oct. 06, 2016***)

Welcome to HyperSpin Cinematic! The most badass project of them all, plain and simple. Can't tell you why,,,it just is.

 

Anyways, this project (thus far) has been dedicated to taking a different approach to theme design. Mainly, with video editing software. All layering and effects are combined in 1 project and exported as High Definition H.264 mp4's. All thus far in 1920x1080p. Despite many TV's and computer screens going to 4k and even 8k, don't worry. 1920x1080p is still your most prevalent resolution. 

 

The main software I have used to this point is Adobe Premiere Pro. As it allows for placing more than 1 clip on a single layer enabling for easier transitions between clips and images. As you can see here...

 

 

But as of late I have taken to After Effects. It is much BETTER and INTRICATE when it comes to designing effects from the ground-up. 

 

 

In a little over a year I have amassed nearly 100 themes. Both ranging from Main Menu to individual Game Themes. (I'm more focused on Main Menu Themes at the moment, though)

All themes are available without the watermark in the Plat Section. All downloads include a .zip that is to be placed in the proper destiantion, just like you would with any theme.

Good ideas brother. Something I was practicing with was creating an imgur album and posting that... Kind of a slideshow for people to scroll through,,,,heres an example...

Well, i removed it, because it's outdated. You now set these up just like you would any theme. Are you needing any help?

I thought they were of High Quality and awesome.

Got to thinkin more about your Capcom Play System requests after seeing this logo...

That logo is from screenzone.fr -- That new website listed on the homepage.

 

I decided to do a redraw of it (THE MAIN PART "CAPCOM" IS FROM THK) 

 

In the end I see some little tweeks as of to how it doesn't quite match the original, BUT I think it was a custom logo in the first place, so anyways...here

 

 

That is downsized a considerable amount at what I actually redrew it at. My PSD version is 5000px wide. That one is 960x480,,,about a 3rd bigger than the original.

 

Hopefully You guys like it and if so, then I can just move along and get 2 quick more logos done...

Hi James, I think your redraws are looking really great and I would be very interested in the CPS themes as well. Since I have made the full switch to LaunchBox I prefer splitting up MAME in to the different arcade boards a lot more than using manufacturer wheels.

 

Btw. I love all your themes that you have pushed out in the last couple of weeks.

Nice logos! For me personally #3 is what desperately needs a better main menu. I've bundled one and two under capcom systems and 3 is on it's own. I like the capcom systems theme but the third needs help big time.

Could you also do a logo without the number on the back? Would love to use that as part of the wheel I have with one and two combined

Everything I typed above was typed about 30 minutes ago and I never hit post. Kind of kept searching around. I think I am leaning towards combining all 3. And coming up with a concept that hasn't been done before.

 

So basically...Whatever I come up with is either going to be fuckin amazing....Or a Huge steaming pile of shit. Hopefuly I don;t have to abandon this one, because I'm gettin too many creative juices after listening to this song. (Potential theme song)

 

The first part of this is downright hilarious, but at 16 seconds it will seriously kick in to one of the most amazing game remixes you guys or anyone has ever heard. (My opinion anyways)

Logo is amazing! I can't remember why they are seperate from 3 but I think there was a reason, maybe something like a different emulator or something, they are very different games if I recall. I think three had more street fighter games?

Guys, as far as boards over classics, whatever that may mean... have you actually had a look at the System16 site? I mean, I  came there to check wiki games list as a 2nd source. But damn there are many (iterative) boards. Looking through there made me feel like CPS 1,2,3 themes/logos was pointless

There still needs to be a capcom wheel in my opinion that covers 1,2,3 but I don't think it needs to have 1,2,3 specifics in it. Just a capcom one

Dwindle the logo down to just "capcom?"

Also, this is when having extra layers after the main menu would be beneficial. Arcade Classics theme opens up a layer of arcade manufacturers...

Ya I get what you are saying. Capcom PlaySystem would be good. Check the dl for the themes already done. There is nice capcom 1,2 one with glowing eyes. 3 is just bad
