Hyperspin Cinematic (***UPDATED Oct. 06, 2016***)

Hi there guys..

All this cinematicas are so great, ..... but i comback with a simple and basic  question..

How do you add this, on hypespins systemm themes...?

 

some tutorial, some help  plissss

Well, I looked at your profile and see that you're not a Platinum Subscriber. 

 

You gotta be a platinum subscriber to be able to download the videos. 

 

They also come with a zip file that you just easily place in your Hyperspin/Media/Main Menu/Themes folder.

 

Game theme zip files are placed in Hyperspin/Media/"System Name"/Themes folder.

 

All main menu videos are placed in Hyperspin/Media/Main Menu/Video folder.

 

Game Videos are placed in Hyperspin/Media/"System Name"/Video folder.

I think time travelers is a daphne singe game but it probably got ported to other systems. It's sort of like dragons layer in some aspects.

I don't think you wasted time, you have more tools now! Maybe give the characters the hologram for a moment and then with no effect faded in?

DUDE, thank you for that suggestion. Big-Time confidence builder. I never really thought about all of this in that context. Opens up A LOT more possibilities. Creating custom transitions is an awesome idea.

2nd: Baker I love your enthusiasm. It's great setting someone so inspired. Brings me back to that moment when I first saw Hyperspin and was like "What the F is that? Is that actually a working thing?" Lol. Because it is really the themes that sucks people in. I had saw a couple different front end before hyperspin, but none that excited me to where I wanted to have it. Hyperspin was an instant must have, and your themes are only adding to the wondrous possibilities. So thanks!

My first impression when I heard the name was that you were adding Movies and TV shows to hyperspin (like Kodi). Now I am thinking it is normal game system themes that are like fullscreen movies instead of the normal themes with individual elements? Going to have to take a look around and see what all you have done so far.

I re-read the first post and you're right. You can't really tell what this thread is about unless you already know. And while there are links to Youtube and Facebook, but they are tiny and in the signature line instead of prominent videos and pics displayed right in the first post.

Yeah, I had been trying to get imgur photo albums to embed, but can't get it to work. I have a screenshot of every theme available and would like to setup a pic album for people to scroll through on the first post... here's a link to what I'm talking about...

Gotta give props to Ninja2bceen again. Don't know why I didn't think of that, because all of the effects I had been using in Premiere Pro had become (In my opinion) so stale. So seriously man thanks again for the suggestion! There are ALL KINDS of effects tutorials all over the internet.....That can easily be tweaked into transitions.

 

But on another note...........

 

Been feeling REALLY bummed out lately. Now I know this isn't the place for therapy so I'll try to keep it short....

 

Basically, I'm bummed because my schedule changed at work about a month ago.....Leaving me with less time to work on "Da Project of All Projects"

 

So yeah --- It's been this weird feeling of emptiness and I had to take time to put my finger on it. And well....It was actually my wife who suggested that I hadn't had the time lately to put into all of this.....

 

So UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

 

And 1 other thing!!!! Everyone here is gonna think this is most definitely weird BUT.....

A couple of weeks ago I had contacted jhabers and circo about possibly getting promoted to moderator status -- Only for editing my own thread. They had recommended that I get a hold of one of the Admins (Most notably, Gigapig) ... Wasn't able to, so I got a hold of the next best thing,,lol......THK. Out of the goodness of his heart (lol, again) he awarded it to me.

 

Well, then my ungodly severe case of OCD kicked in and before I knew it...Had deleted the entire old thread. LOLOLOLOLOL

 

Took a couple of days, but Gigapig ended up noticing it and made a statement about it here on the thread. Instead of just taking it in stride....I chewed him out behind the scenes and deleted his comment.

 

Was pretty disrespectful on my part.

 

So, the reason I'm explaining all of this is to apologize. This is (in a way) a public apology. Not behind the scenes. Public. 

 

So if Gigapig reads this === I am sorry dude! I can be a weirdo sometimes and I'm sorry for getting all weirdoish on you brother! I'm assuming you have probably already moved on, but my psyche wouldn't let me until I formally apologized.

 

For real man.... Back when the whole Cinematic thang had just started....I had made a comment about how I needed the distraction from everyday life, In which you replied, "We welcome your distraction."

 

Every single time somebody says anything "remotely" encouraging I take it to heart. So when you said that,,,,I can officially tell you dude THAT played a HUGE part in me continuing on. A HUGE PART!

 

You have been here since the beginning and you have ALWAYS had nothing but encouraging things to say. "NOTHING BUT."

 

So again dude,,,I AM SO SORRY FOR BEING AN F'N IDIOT!!!!! You are forever a brother in this thread and I am forever an idiotic d'bag!
