I am sorry, but from the log file I cannot seem determine your issue.
To me it looks like it has something to with RocketLauncher.
It looks like RocketLauncher ends right after launching the emulator and the module script (if any), which triggers HS to parse event 4 to LEDBlinky.
As far as I know on my setup RocketLauncher remains active untill I close the emulators,  and after closing I get the end game speech event4.
Can you check if RocketLauncher is still active when you play a game?

Ok I'll check. If I run a game from RLUI it doesn't happen - only running from HS.

Yeah still active. Just as yours is. It seems to trigger just before the Loading graphic displays.

hello, can someone reupload this file? the upload page sends an error when you click on the database 7 zip

 

I also added my MAME database folder based on MAME 0.193, with my Genre databases and Horizontal and Vertical subgenres.
You can use this to check out the subgenre selection that I added in HyperSpeech, I advise you to make a backup your own folder first before extracting the archive.
