Bennage Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Nice one. I must have missed the resources when I was hunting though your FTP. I'll check again when I get home. I'll be posting a big bunch of pics soon (hopefully), showing the build from beginning to end. I'm just waiting for a friend of mine to design the top graphics to stick under the glass. Then it will be basically complete. I don't know if it'll ever be totally finished as I'll probably keep trying to tweak it over and over. I got a bit over excited last night and jumped the gun. I created some wheel images for Mortal Kombat 1, 2 & 3. I've put them in my FTP folder but feel free to grab them if you feel they are worthy.
will2084 Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Happy Halloween! hope everyone has a safe one. looking forward to the next game theme you guys create, i know everyone has been busy, is there any good news, has anyone finished there cabinet.
pxpx Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 Is it possible to see a list of all games that this theme has "Tables" for? Great work by the way.
jeepguy81 Posted November 20, 2011 Author Posted November 20, 2011 If you look back at the first post in this thread, I just added a link to a google spreadsheet that I will try to keep updated as we go. - Vertical-Cocktail Cab Theme Project
pxpx Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 I was wondering if I could request the follow themes: American Horseshoes blades of steel Bagman Capcom Bowling Pooyan Kangaroo If there is anything I can do to help IE: provide web links to artwork examples etc. let me know. It's this theme set that has inspired me to build my first mame cab. a dedicated vertical cocktail.
jeepguy81 Posted November 20, 2011 Author Posted November 20, 2011 Glad they have inspired you to build one! I will get back on the horse here with the themes. I got sucked in to the pinball world looking into how to build tables for VP/FP. I know I've seen artwork for most of those, but if you could find something for American horseshoes and bagman, I know I haven't looked for those before, that would be awesome! - Vertical-Cocktail Cab Theme Project

jeepguy81 Posted November 29, 2011 Author Posted November 29, 2011 Here is Pooyan, pretty much a replica of the actual cocktail version. tweaked the size of the instructions a bit. Redrew wheel title, I guessed a little on the cpo, had the artwork for it, but button placement i guessed. Only saw placement pics of the upright cab. Anyway.... - Vertical-Cocktail Cab Theme Project
pxpx Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 Fantastic. Thanks. I'm not going need the capcom bowling or american horse themes. I've decided not to put a trackball on my cocktail.
jeepguy81 Posted November 29, 2011 Author Posted November 29, 2011 no prob, I kinda wondered about that. I did C.bowling anyway, had the art for it, but American horses will get put farther down the list then. - Vertical-Cocktail Cab Theme Project
jeepguy81 Posted December 1, 2011 Author Posted December 1, 2011 Had a start on capcom bowling anyway so i finished it out. I made a version of a bezel I was came across, looked like maybe coors light licensed the game from capcom or something like that. Anyway.. - Vertical-Cocktail Cab Theme Project
pxpx Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 Look terrific. might have to cram a trackball in there just to play it.
pxpx Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 I'd like to request two more tables if I could: Tetris Mr. Do's Castle
jeepguy81 Posted December 4, 2011 Author Posted December 4, 2011 no prob, those two were probably coming up soon as it was - Vertical-Cocktail Cab Theme Project
pxpx Posted December 5, 2011 Posted December 5, 2011 You're awesome. If I ever find myself in Maryland I'll buy you a beer or two.
