When looking at Lemon64 it had this game as the non Creative Sparks one. Based on the screenshots on the box it is infact the Creative Sparks one. (i.e. not the penguin game). Anyway before anyone asked I wanted to let you know. So I think Lemon 64 has it wrong. Or I could be an idiot, either way 1 more game to play.
