monkeychunkuk
Todays gum tree gold So i needed power supplies for 2 cabs i Hit amazon and found the one i bought for the retrocade £12 each before i hit the buy button i checked gum tree and found this advert Basically if they had working psu i would be paying £10 for some extra bits I threw him a email and asked if he still had them and would he take £20 and emailed back said yup he would as he wanted it cleared This is what i got He kept the software cds and manuals for everything After i stripped it down, the 15 inch monitor will make a great 1 player mini bartop Left over bits Great little amp for one of the cabs I plugged in both machines they booted but did not output a picture i have both manuals so i can have a read

ericleroi
I think they're breeding! I bet there'll be one more when you open the door in the morning ... Reminds me of the Star Trek episode 'Trouble with Tribbles' with mister Shatner ... Impressively quick work and the shape's none too shabby either. Great stuff monkey. steshell
You must live in a really good area for Gum tree. There's only a few computer parts advertised around here and they're asking ridiculous prices for them. Maybe I'll have to spread my net wider. gazsnk
They seem to be shaping up nice now buddy great work, you inspired me to build a cabinet for my daughter similar to your design, where you based in uk Sent from my iPhone 5 using Tapatalk
Avenyet
These are looking great! I wish I had that much free time to build so many. Its taking me months to do a simple bartop. One question how are you powering the monitors? Are you powering them from the mains for directly from the computers PSU? Also how about making a light gun cabinet cant have enough time crisis. Plus you have amazing gum tree skills I only seem to find junk that costs the earth on there.

Cheers Im in south of the uk a few miles from bognor regis Dont worry everyones project have different paces we will all get to the same end goal The monitors/psu/marquee light/speakers will all be plugged into a power strip/4 way socket not the greatest of looking things but great for fault finding if something goes wrong it will be protected by its own fuse without risking the other components Woo a light gun game machine would be great! Gum tree has been a hit and miss 80% off the stuff i bought i can use the rest is just spare parts i cant use or sell ( i have 9 cd roms)
