Yes, the core is finicky and you need to exit and relaunch a game.
Most of the credit for this system goes to @brudibru. He showed me how to launch the games, determined the game list, and created most of the artwork.
Try to follow all the setup steps I put in the comments here.
@jcm9800 Some games were not working for me at first because I didn't have all the bios files in RetroArch

I don't think it as an issue since the game was only released in Japan (and it reads "Road Fighters" above the Japanese characters). I would at least add a glow to the title to make it look cleaner on the dark background though.
I want to add to Floatingyeti's post that we have simplified the names of the roms from the TOSEC set for obvious reasons and the roms must also be unzipped before being launched in Retroarch to be playable.
It has to be taken in account if you want to play them in HS2.

Pero que estés subiendo últimamente este tipo de cosas que yo he compartido muy recientemente simplemente cambiando un background, no me parece correcto. y no hablo de imágenes que puede encontrar todo el mundo por la web, no, me refiero a cosas editadas por mi tras muchas horas de trabajo, y ya por lo menos dar créditos, sabes qué? este tipo de cosas al final lo que consiguen es que uno suba los videos, muestre las cosas y no las comparta.
