I've been a member since 2012, but always forgot to post something here. Anyway, I have contributed to the HyperSpin project, creating covers/spines for the Turbografx-16 games (thanks for letting me be a part of this, @brolly !).

Hi everyone! I setup a retropie a long time ago and now am looking into HyperSpin. I felt like joining the forums would be the best way to learn what all HyperSpin has to offer. The Pro's and Con's of HyperSpin and gather information of installs/configuration if I decide to use HyperSpin.

Hi everyone. I have a uge problem to run any Dos Game in Hyperspin . No matter if i use Scummvm or Dos Box . I can't make them Run in Rocketlauncher. Also they are not working in Hyperspin. Can somebody help me to find a simple way ? There are some Dos box Frontends on the Web to create a sort of Config file to start the games with the right Setup. Can i use these Config's to start a game in Rocketlauncher or Hyperspin ? I've tryed .but failed... Thanks for any answers.

Hi everyone, i've been an arcade and retrogame enthousiast since i was a little kid. I stumbled upon HyperSpin after playing around with Mame and various other emulators to relive the memories from the past. HyperSpin looks amazing presentation-wise and offers a lot of options for an upcoming arcade cabinet project. I'm very interested and excited to learn more about it and read and share stuff and stories with the community.

Greetings from Montreal, Quebec. Old school gamer and emulator enthusiast here! So........ what do you guys play with Hyperspin? Name one of your go-to classic. I'd have to go with Street Fighter 2 but that's just plain unoriginal so I'll go with Final Fight. Cheers!

Apologies to any actual Spanish speakers out there. I just felt like being different. Anyway... Hello all! I've posted here and there, and started my hyperspin setup within this past week, having just heard about it very recently. I must say I'm very enthusiastic about the whole thing, and grateful the the many helpful members who've given me pointers when I lost my way. The software has it's quirks, but it's far better than any solution I could have come up with, and I appreciate all the effort that has gone into its creation. It'll be lovely for the HTPC I'm building!

I just joined up and am looking to start learning how to get a cabinet up and running. A friend had started a project but never finished. He is giving me a cabinet (I know what that is), speakers already converted for 3.5MM (I know what those are), 2 joysticks with 8 buttons (know those too), and a "JAMMA" (no clue what that means). I figure first I need to see what kind of power I need to run emulators up until Dreamcast, so I'm off to see if I can find some computer specs in here. If you have any recommendations, help a n00b out! Thanks.
