medaceina Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 It mainly took so long due to the fact that as soon as it was playable I just played it rather than finishing. But now I have the finishing touches on it. I designed the cabinet myself.
Metalzoic Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Good job. Now that my full sized cab is done I'm thinking about building one of these little guys for my brother. Did you build or order the cab?
gunit Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Cool, this is my next mission after I have finished all the emulators/roms etc on the drives
medaceina Posted June 23, 2015 Author Posted June 23, 2015 I actually designed this in sketchup and cut 3/4 mdf for the pieces. The controls are an American style set from twisted quarter, and I have a sheet of bent plexiglass over it. The side art is painted. I'm also definitely glad I chose to do the flippers, I've definitely enjoyed playing pinball fx2 on this.
medaceina Posted June 24, 2015 Author Posted June 24, 2015 I used a 21.5" widescreen dell i had laying around.

heykool69 Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 Great bartop. Wasn't expecting just a simple pinstrip would look that good.
