Thinking about a horizontal setup because it will be a two player control panel and must play all kind of games, an led lcd big as possible (23" ?) and using a slg3000 generator for scanlines.

Ya in my one Nintendo cab I used vertical and other horizontal as is never feels right to play vertical games on a horizontal screen and vice versa.

I used a 23inch led screen in mine and it fits perfect with like 1/4 inch on each side of it in the cab. If you wanna see what its like Nintendo cab with horizontal screen and 2 player setup

Works really well and plays great with 2 people without being big and bulky looking lol.

BTW your build is taking shape and looks like its going to be great, very nice clean work there :)
