nicke36
Hello , My name is Nick 29 years old (from belgium) i am new on this forum and this is my first build so here we go First i found a plan on the internet i got one from jacobud. after a lot of mesurements and calculating i got my plan finished. it looks pretty good i think side art colors seems to be off but thats my camera irl it looks mutch better i go with an lcd screen , so i ordered a slg3000 better shot of the bezel (what you see on the glass is reflection of light) putting the cab together with some L brackets works very good the strip you see in front is just to hold the cab together , will be removed later cutting the base and put it together with a needle pistol (dunno how you call it in English ) now i needed to get a router and routerblade i get a new one , i will use this for other projects too. finding the routerblade was more difficult i went from shop to shop and finally found one. do a testcut and fit Perfect makes a lot of dust but it looks awesome I am very happy with the results so far , next step is putting the cab more together but i dont have mutch time atm so i will see when i work back on it grtz

nicke36
what do you guys think? put the cab together and start painting or take the pieces apart and painting?
rdhanded2
separate will paint better, so I would do that if you have the room. Just be careful in the reassembly process not to scratch it.

MontyQ
Thinking about a horizontal setup because it will be a two player control panel and must play all kind of games, an led lcd big as possible (23" ?) and using a slg3000 generator for scanlines. Ya in my one Nintendo cab I used vertical and other horizontal as is never feels right to play vertical games on a horizontal screen and vice versa. I used a 23inch led screen in mine and it fits perfect with like 1/4 inch on each side of it in the cab. If you wanna see what its like Nintendo cab with horizontal screen and 2 player setup http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/showthread.php?24735-Showing-off-my-finished-nintendo-cabs Works really well and plays great with 2 people without being big and bulky looking lol. BTW your build is taking shape and looks like its going to be great, very nice clean work there
