Windows 10 Privacy?

Anyone concerned with the following statement in the Windows 10 user agreement?

 

“We will access, disclose and preserve personal data, including your content (such as the content of your emails, other private communications or files in private folders), when we have a good faith belief that doing so is necessary to protect our customers or enforce the terms governing the use of the services.”

Are they talking about private folders in my hard drive o the cloud?

There is no such thing as privacy any longer, every thing is being sold and tracked.  If that worries you just never use any internet connected device, shoppers card, credit card or anything ever again.

There's a big difference between that and them being able to go through all your personal files in your hard drive.

If you think they couldnt do this before windows 10 you should read up more.

Not that this would be anything i'd be surprised about.  however, the main reason I didn't "upgrade" to 8/8.1 and the main reason i won't be upgrading to 10 is the fact that it's just plain ugly.  This tile bullshit on the start menu looks like fucking kindergarten learning about squares with primary colors.  My god it's horrid.  The icons even look like a step backwards.  Hell I even have windows 7 stripped down to windows classic look, and it looks better than W10.  That also, no options to adjust the look of the OS?  We're just stuck with whatever they want it to look like.  I'm sure someone will have third party programs to do this, that, and the other, but I at least want to be able to change it up between a few built in looks.  I don't even really understand why we need these tiles even for a touchscreen.  I mean what, you can't frickin' touch a normal icon?

yeah i did the classic shell thing once, and it was a great program.  But still, the overall vibe just doesn't do it for me.
