Not sure where in the current version you disable this, I thought mame stopped using direct input many versions ago, hence the option to disbale is gone. People with two light guns (myself included) need a compile with no direct input. I'll be the first to put my hand up and say I've tried to compile many time with no success. If anyone could compile one would be much appreciated.
