3D Nes emulator

Saw this article on Kotaku about a 3D Nes emulator. looks pretty cool, but buggy. It is currently in Beta.

I think it looks cool and would give me another incentive to replay NES games that I have beaten so many times.

 

This won't appeal to everyone of course, but I find it pretty amazing how it turns 2D into 3D

I absolutely love it and I really hope it gets put in a stand-alone version once it moves further along.
If it ever reaches the point it works well enough I will create a 2nd NES wheel that just points to the same roms/art.

Would be even better if this eventually leaked over into a Sega Genesis emulator too.

If it is using nes roms (not really sure if it is), then yes. I would consider it an emulator.

 

Hopefully they make an offline version...
